GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3: Hot Toys Reveals Its Epic New Groot Figures Based On The Threequel

Hot Toys has given Marvel fans another reason to get excited about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 as a whole new team of figures is on the way, starting with everyone's favourite sentient tree, Groot!

"I Am Groot!"

Vin Diesel has spent nearly a decade saying countless variations of that same line as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (with the exception of "We Are Groot") and he'll reprise the role in this weekend's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

If you collect Hot Toys, then chances are you've been wondering whether the team will receive their own line of 1/6th scale action figures, and a new teaser image appears to suggest the whole group will eventually arrive on store shelves! While that will hopefully be confirmed soon, we can officially kick things off with a figure based on Groot's likeness.

As you can see, it looks like there will be a regular and deluxe version of the sentient tree, with the latter coming with a few more accessories and posing options. For example, if you want to recreate the scene in which Groot unleashes all that firepower on The High Evolutionary's guards, then the more expensive version will be a must-buy. So, get saving now!

Take a closer look at both figures below and don't forget to check out our Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 review by clicking here

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

Gunn writes and directs Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter, and Maria Bakalova.

Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt, and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 arrives in theaters on May 5, 2023.

Haven't been crazy about this design for Groot, but he does look awesome in this figure.

This Groot is definitely about that action. The original Groot was more peaceful. He did fight in a few parts but it was only when Rocket directed him to do so. But this time around he's running and gunning with everyone without Rocket.
