@Griela - We really don't know exactly the extent, to be fair. Modern media and the internet glorifies any given thing and throws conflicting reports left and right. For all intents and purposes, we should have gotten a trailer, or three, and then the movie. No other news, like the old days.

@Griela - Zack didn't leave half way through. He left when they were already in post production

Zack was there through Pre-production, filming, and into post production. That's not halfway through.
Whedon wrote and directed additional scenes, the vast majority will still be Snyder's work. He got a screenplay credit for writing the additional scenes

@Beetleborg - Zack was NOT there through Joss taking over directing duties and post production. Zack HIMSELF even said this! Go away.

@cultureinject - what are you even talking about? I didn't say he was there when Whedon was. But he was involved on the post production before Whedon, obviously, since we had trailers before Whedon joined.

@Beetleborg - Yeah but Whedon is very good at what he does. He basically did the same with Avengers. Marvel got him on late and he was rewriting Avengers while he was filming. Snyder is known for shooting a ton of footage that gets left out.

@MosquitoFarmer - Not hateful, trust me I know of the tragedy that befell him and being a father myself I can only imagine how insanely painful it must be. And to be completely honest, as a person (from the little we see in interviews etc) he seems to be a really decent guy. However, I grew up with comics and his vision (which then became a strict guideline for the direction the DCEU would take) was extremely aggravating. But that's done. What still bothers me here though, in this site in particular is the small but vocal group of trolls who describe him as the second coming of Christ in film terms. That would be Villeneuve and Nolan. And even Nolan isn't perfect (Villeneuve is doing really well so far).

I do admit to getting some pleasure of trolling the trolls. It's not even about Snyder anymore, it's about the apologists who insist in saying he was a visionary due to his work. He has a certain visual style that I admire. But there is no connective tissue between set pieces, it's not his forte. But that's no longer a concern as the universe is clearly trying to distance itself from those errors. But the trolls.... well, I love to rustle them jimmies.
