Journey to a divergent reality where the Justice League protects the planet — but answers to no one but themselves. Employing methods of intimidation and fear, this Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman deal brute force in the name of justice. In this alternate universe, Superman was not raised by the Kents in Smallville, the Caped Crusader is not Bruce Wayne, and Wonder Woman is not an Amazon warrior of Themyscira. When a group of famed scientists experience untimely “accidents,” a government task force follows the trail of clues to the Justice League -- but is there a more powerful player operating from the shadows? It’s a high stakes game of intrigue, mystery and action that asks the question: How do you serve justice to those above the law?

I was worried about this movie when i saw the trailer months ago but after watching it i got to say it was really good. worth watching guys!! i love these DC animated movies. 9 out of ten times their animated movies are awesome. This is one thing i wish Marvel would start doing. if Marvel makes an animation...anything it always seems to be meant for 10 year olds. Planet Hulk movie was horrible. i think they're making a TV series of this??

Saw it at Comic-Con, I was absolutely floored by this film. Everyone (or the people in my section) gave it a standing ovation.

I loved the twist with Magnus and the Metal Men. Was very impressed with how Lex Luthor essentially becomes Metron. I want to see more of this universe. Very impressive.

Even though I've seen this, I bought a copy on Blu-Ray. Voting with your dollar and all that.

This movie blew every DC animated movie since Timm left out of the water and it is a good thing because DC animated has been a sinking ship. Since Timm left their movies have been terrible. This was a really really good movie and @McGee your right I also really liked the twist and the use of them was really cool. It was funny in the beginning of the movie when I saw the little guy I was wondering where the rest were.

I was surprised at the quality of this film. Just watched it on Amazon. I'd like to see more adventures in this world (and not just the prequel shorts on Machinima).

It's not as good as, say, The Dark Knight Returns, but it's better than most DC animation -- I think the last good film was Flashpoint, IMO.

I'm with Pathogen & TheBlackSaint.

To be honest, I really didn't like it. I know it's "only" an animated movie & they were supposed to be anti-heroes, but still, I just didn't care about any of the 3 leads in the slightest. I couldn't have cared less if any of them had died in the end.

I agree too. The movie just didn't do much for me. The acting wasn't as good as previous films, the animation was way too dark (you couldn't see what was going on in many scenes), and I just couldn't be bothered to care about the story or its characters, knowing that it was an alternate reality that has no bearing on anything of the past or future. And do we really need to do those storylines every other movie?
