MTV are also reporting that Minz-Plasse will join Mathew Vaughn and comic co-creator John Romita Jr. at the Thursday (July 23) “Kick-Ass” Comic Con panel, which will also feature the first look at footage from the film.

I think that pic is just a close up of the one your thinking of which has Kick Ass himself in it too. Anyway, yeah, its silly.
