you know, I haven't been that interested in kick ass, until this very moment. However, I feel like that unless the movie full of more scenes like this I'll still prolly pass on it.

I don't see either Burton or the WB suing over this, the whole concept is both an homage and sort of a parody of everything superhero.

I don't get it I think he looks as close as he can get to his comic counterpart. The only problem is Nic is Kinda small in the costume if they had someone a little buffer to fill th suit out it would be more intimidating. I can see how he looks like Batman though, but who cares. The Movie's not called Big Daddy it's called Kick Ass.

Am, I the only one who actually doesn't hate Cage? I mean sure, he's made a few stinkers. But what actor hasn't? Over all I think he's made more movies that I've enjoyed than movies I've disliked, and at the end of the day that's what matters.

Like Rorschach says it's supposed to look like batman, as the tagline suggests. They probably mention it in the film too.

Im thinking that all the characters are creating there costums after comic book heros so I bet Big Daddy see's himself as Bat Man and his daughter as Robin so His outfit is made like it.

Id put money on it that in the movie he acknowldege bat man as his inspiration.

The outfit is soo damn close to looking like the old Burton batman that i bet it was intensionaly.

What I like about it, more so than it looking like burton's batman, is that like Keeton, Cage doesn't really fill it out. It seems like a double homage to me.
