The Youtube channel 'LikeTotallyAwesome' very recently released a vid which showed some footage of the Kick-Ass premire, and also quite a few bits from the afterwards Q and A.
As the host Philip DeFranco says in the vid, there are some things mentioned in the vid that may count as spoilers so be wary.

The Matthew Vaugn directed film will be released to theatres in the United States on the 16th April 2010 and on the 26th of March 2010 for the United Kingdom.
