Jeremy Piven Joins Tom Cruise-Starrer EDGE OF TOMORROW Amidst Reshoots
WB's upcoming sci-fi thriller Edge Of Tomorrow is undergoing reshoots to add more scenes to the Tom Cruise-starrer. Entourage's Jeremy Piven has landed a late role to the cast as 'Colonel Walter Mark'.
According to Deadline, Warner Bros.' anticipated science fiction film Edge Of Tomorrow (which stars Tom Cruise, Emily Blunt and Bill Paxton) is undergoing reshoots in the UK to add extra scenes after production wrapped earlier this year. The film was present at the studio's San Diego Comic-Con panel last month. Jeremy Piven (Entourage, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For) has been added to the cast as Colonel Walter Marx, and is presently filming his scenes. Deadline also adds, "A Warner Bros. spokesman confirmed all this, but stressed that the plan was always to come back and shoot this extra stuff, meaning the movie is not to be confused with World War Z, which got a whole new third act." Edge Of Tomorrow is set to hit theaters June 6th, 2014.
