Shooting last night in Hamilton, Ontario, Robocop star Alex Murphy was seen on set around the restaurant that the studio made called "Guedes". Reports indicate that the scene taking place was described as Murphy having dinner with a collegue (possibly Lewis?) when some criminals would come in and attack him, which would ultimately lead to Alex Murphy being critcally injured. Below, you can check out some photos of Joel Kinnaman as he will appear on film as Alex Murphy and you can also check out two criminals rehearsing a scene in which they approach the restaurant with guns. Don't forget you can always send CBM your own set photos and reports by clicking HERE and be sure to sound off with your thoughts below.

I have a feeling Murphy is gonna be detective or something. He is investigating some case and these two criminals are hired to kill him.

I don't know much about this actor, I never saw many photos of him. He looks older here. I don't know about you guys, but I'm warming up to this remake/reboot.

He really does look older and a lot healthier looking then he does on The Killing.

The worst casting of Alex Murphy you could ever imagine. This movie will suck because of Kinnaman.

I'm a fan of the original films(even thought 3 was made to please the PG audience), but I'm liking this new interpretation. Most cops and detectives appear like this now. I mean it's still the 21st century. He's good on "The Killing". I'll give him a shot.

Kinnaman is a quite good action actor, award-winning, very hard-working.

If you only know him as skinny Holder, he has just proven his case. He is tall, strong and great looking. Mock the remake all you want, but do not underestimate the skills and training of this actor,or how hard he will work to try to get it right.

Kinnaman is an amazing actor. He'd make a great Flash or Batman...

Kinnaman is definitely a good actor.

If someone wants to see him act. I recommend to watch swedish crime drama Easy Money aka Snabba Cash.

Totally. Going from Snabba Cash to The Killing can give one an idea of his potential.

Kinnaman would make a good super hero with a little additional weight.

Pretty skeptical about this one. I haven't liked many remakes.
