Gunfire On The ROBOCOP Set! (Video)

Damn, for a second I thought somebody actually opened fire on the set.

I say give this new RoboCop a chance. Yes, the original was a brilliant movie for it's time, and this new one has a lot to live up to, but that does not mean it can't live up to the original.

Not judging yet. Hope they have a good new story to tell.

But i wonder are they gonna stay true to the over the top violence of the original.

José Padilha is like chris nolan in brazil...i'm not lying! and he is one of the best contemporary critics in Brazil ... he has a lot to say...robocop fit like a glove for him! because it speaks about the same think of elite squad does:VIOLENCE, CORRUPTION,BIG CORPORATIONS ,MANIPULATION AND LIFE DILEMAS.

2- The "favela movies" in brazil was over rated in brazil before "elite squad"...no ones was giving a shit about it...and padilha bring the gender back to surface with honor! that means...he knew how to bring back a old subject that everyone was bored to see with a whole new vison and hhow to make of it a success! and guess what? elite squad and it's sequel is the most watched movie ever in brazil!

3- Elite squad had a PREMIER in USA...you guys know how dificulty it is to a abroad movie in USA,right? specially for a BRAZILLIAN movie...

4- the talent of the actors involved in the movie is a good point!

5- robocop old movies are AWESOME...people said it's hard to update it...i DON'T AGREED! Look at the world we all live! all the problems,big corporations making manipulations to sell more and more of their products,war over war...just to make more and more money...televion manipulation,people loosing their "humanity",loosing humble felling that we used to be because or rushed life... and etc etc etc
SO GUYS..IT'S REALLY HARD TO UPDATE A MOVIE LIKE ROBOCOP? C'MON!!

I'l say, if you want to make a remake, then remake it in a different way. Hence the new look.

the desigin would of been better if his suit was the oringial siver color i guess all those ads or teaser posters of the first gilmps of the helmet was false then

People is going crazy with this reboot just because of fact it's a REBOOT? how about superman? the incrdible hulk? dreed? and any many other movies that people loved?

Just because we all hope that superman will make part of justice league i guess...same as hulk in avengers....such a hipocrisy!!!

i bet if the director was some douche star like cameron, everyone was sucking his dick saying the movie could be one of the best of the cinematografy history!
Ok..of course it could give us much more credit about the movie!
But for what Padilha did in his other movies..i think he deserve a little of respect and credit!
the studio didn't call him for NO REASON...

the problem is people want to talk bad things about the people envolved in the movie, but they don't even bother to learn about their art and work!
They just come with their hipocratic sarcasm,post some stupid meme or video telling us that movie will suck, make some stupid joke like a retard smart ass and just go alway thinking the truth bellow to them.
Like people are complaining about the right hand of kinnaman! for god's sake...he was just having a fag...nothing more. you can clearly see he's holding a cigarette! and about the new robocop's suit...
well..i loved the desig but the problem is not even the color..but the rubber aspect!! well..but if you're at least smarth enoght to just check the teaser trailer and the official pic in the official movie site...you will notice robocop will NOT have that rubber aspect in the movie! why people do that? again because they don't know nothing, about how to make a movie!!!

i remember when the firstset pic of thor was laked. looked like RUUBBER like robocop suit does! but in the movie really look like metal!...people just smashed the movie basead in a [frick]ing suit without pos-production!smae thing as iron-man,captain america,BATMAN, the joker and manyyyyy others!

Is anybody else have serious playback issues with these embedded Springboard players? The minute this blog started using this format & it's only this type of player. Doesn't even load, like i can see the window & it's contents but the second i hit play... nothing. Anyone else?

Well...my opinion about the rubber suit is just a speculation...
Peter weller said in many interviews that dress this armor was like hell...too heavy and unconfortable for him...
Maybe in the new movie they find a way to make less heavy and more confortable to Kinnaman use it. and add things using special effects and stuffs like that...like how it was in thor armor or ironman for example

That armor in the early pics has to have some kind of cg overlay. Then everyone who complained about it will just look like jackasses, no way they use something that plain.
