This movie just looks like:
The Dark Knight and Iron Man movies had a child and it wandered off one day out of sight of it's parents. MGM say the baby and thought, "Shit, are could do with some money..." before abducting the child

I so hope at some point the bad guy blows off that remaining fleshy hand with a shotgun like the original. I doubt it though.

Not looking forward at all to this. This is one of those movies where I'd sneak in to see it after watching another film.

If you don't like it you don't have to see it. For those of you saying 'It looks terrible"

What exactly looks terrible? Can you even articulate why you don't like this for cogent reasons beyond "It looks like..." (lots of things created by human minds look similar. Get the [frick] over it.)?

These are the same people who will bitch and moan about Iron Man 3 (or similar) constantly until it comes out on DVD and they actually watch it without all the fanboy shit in their pants they realize:

"Oh, this film has merit. Better go write an editorial to make up for consistently trashing a film for six months that I actually ended up liking."

This is why we can't have nice things, and why no one actually listens to the fan culture when making their products...er...films.

Im judging the title with the content.
If it had a different name then I would consider downloading it off internet LOL (still looks like crap)
But this does not deserve the title Robocop at all.

Total Recall with Colin Farell last year was far superior an adaptation of the book than that studio-set looking nonsense with Arnie wooden Schwarznegger.

The Original Robocp was a good flick, I'm hoping this will be just as good but different.

I love it when people say the Total recall remake was "closer to the book." The book which was a 4 page short story very close to arnie's trip to rekall in the first film, to include him remembering he had been to mars.

Comrade?? I lovvveee it when commenters bitch about people who are bitching about unreleased films and then offer NOTHING in-regards to why we should give a fcck about the movie. Well? Why should I care for this lazy modern re-boot?

Looks boring as fcck, formulaic and lacking in soul, which is ironic as I thought that was the whole point to the 'cop. Robot body-human soul.
