I hope this fails, otherwise I fear there might be a C.H.O.M.P.S. remake in the cards.

Two things I don't like
Exposed human hand
Black suit .. I would prefer blue instead because I see cops wear blue more but I still prefer the silver the black just make it looks like a man in a black suit not Robocop

@shadearts

"Two things I don't like
Exposed human hand"

There's actually a story reason for that regarding legislation and robots not allowed to carry or fire weapons because robots cannot be held responsible for their actions. The hand is Omnicorp's loophole on a technicality in regard to the gun hand.

"Black suit .. I would prefer blue instead because I see cops wear blue more but I still prefer the silver the black just make it looks like a man in a black suit not Robocop"

Most major city police uniforms are either or a blue so dark it may as well be black. New York, L.A., Detroit, Boston with Chicago being a notable exception.

As for looking like a man in a suit, the movie changes things up. Alex Murphy isn't believed to be dead and turned into RoboCop on the down low. It's all very public with the idea that Murphy has been saved by this process. He's supposed to look as un-artificial as possible under the circumstances.

The twist is when the visor comes down, programming Murphy isn't aware of takes over and overrides his humanity.

to much black, hope he reverts to the blueish steel in the end. RCs look has to have balance of both colors

The chest of this armor is awkward as hell. And the suit itself looks like rubber. All these remakes do the same thing. they make these changes to make it their own but they take out what worked for the original film in the first place.

it's Matt Black, just because it isn't shiny doesn't mean it's Rubber.
