Sony Releases New ROBOCOP Promo Image

In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy (Kinnaman) is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex's life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.

If you're referring to "dark humor" I guess so unless it's not out of the norm with some pretty gory stuff...lol other than that I guess whatever floats your boat.

RoboCop will most likely be the Judge DREDD of 2014. I would love to see a team up film starring those two!

The movie should have been filmed in Detroit. Then it could have had the real Detroit feel. But if they would have done that then Robocop would have really died. I would have preferred they stayed with the silver Robocop instead of the black one. Because the silver one just gives more of a robotic feel over the Iron Man one. I can't tell with seeing the silver Robocop at the end of the trailer if Robocop goes back to that color or if it is an other person instead. I do think after seeing more trailers the movie does look good.

Lame PG-13 sh!t.

Effects look like sh!t. Looks like a sh!tty videogame.

Watered-down nonsense - it will have None of the themes, and violence, of the superior Original.

It will just be a mediocre action film...it's been in development hell since 2005. You'll see for yourself as to why.

Why continue to support sh!t???

It looks like a cool action movie but i'd prefer if they keep some of that original Robocop atmosphere. [frick]ing pg 13.

All you idiots keep hating on this movie because you can't tell the difference between your dick and a pickle. Just like you can't tell the difference between an Oscar worthy film like this and a piece of complete garbage like Fartzilla or Thor: The Lame World.
