I wonder what the gameplay style is. FPS or like RE5 over the shoulder 3rd person. Looks pretty cool though.

The in-game footage I've seen gives me some hope... But the quality of these screenshots is definately lower than I expected.

It looks like 3rd-person shooter/over-the-shoulder, similar to Gears of War 2 and Resident Evil 5 (based on the gameplay video).
