I'm actually really excited for Vulture. Even if the role's not written to where he's a particularly memorable villain, it's [frick]ing Michael Keaton. He'll MAKE it memorable.

And Amy Pascal said.....

"Before the deal with Marvel Studios we wanted to use Vulture for a solo film that would have released this year. But we told Kevin Feige "Hey. Something has to give. You do our movie and we give you the Vulture. They asked us what other villains we were willing to give for a solo film and we said Avi Arad."

@SpiritComix - And Amy Pascal said:

"The world that Kevin crafted is the perflect blend of creativity and respect for the source material that Sony wants to mirror for our solo stand alone Venom film. We want our films to co-exist with the MCU but not exist with the MCU. Venom is the start of our shared sonyverse and will be the hero. I loved the original Planet of the apes movie and loved what Kevin Feige has done with The Avengers."

Kevin's face during that response:

We should all try to reach out to Amy Pascal to stop this madness. Not sure if this is still valid but it's worth a shot [email protected]

I've actually herd that this movie is good

I'm still not interested in seeing it but I'm glad this year all CBM's have been at least enjoyable to watch aka money is worth it

We have 3 CBM's left for this year? Hopefully this trend keeps going for a long time
