Photos of an upcoming Sony Pictures calendar, which outlines the studio's 2017 slate, have surfaced featuring a brand new promotional image of everyone's favorite friendly neighborhood wall-crawler from Jon Watts' upcoming reboot Spider-Man: Homecoming, which will firmly establish the web-swinger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The principal cast includes Tom Holland (Captain America: Civil War) as Peter Parker, Academy Award-winner Marisa Tomei (Captain America: Civil War) as Aunt May, Academy Award-nominee Michael Keaton (The Founder) as Adrian Toomes a.k.a. the Vulture, and 2x Academy Award-nominee Robert Downey Jr. (Avengers: Infinity War) as Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man.

Check out the two new pieces of promo art below:

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

Everything related to SM:Homecoming makes me feel old, like trap music or hot topic. Maybe is time to grow up and stop watching superhero films :(

@dubjon - What is "trap music"?

No, don't tell me. I want to keep feeling young.

@dubjon - How very dare you, sir! I think superhero films are finally coming of age. Excellent effects, credible actors, cohesive stories (sorry, FOX), good stories...
Just avoid Hot Topic like the proverbial plague, and don't listen to 'trap' music!

@Spock0Clock - Feeling young what.....?

False alarm. I looked it up and this was a "Spock0Clock doesn't know what music is called" thing, not an old dude thing. I'm down with this.

@Spock0Clock - Is like Hip-Hop in cheap crack.

@Stealthduck - Maybe you're right and is just the marketing team messing with me, I'll wait to watch the film before doing something drastic.

@Spock0Clock - Trap is amazing. I'm 21 though, so maybe that's why we differ in that understanding

I still don't understand the negativity towards this movie, It looks fantastic, maybe the title may be putting people off, but everything I have seen from this movie looks amazing
