Hasbro has finally revealed its full wave of Marvel Legends action figures for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (via Toonado.com), and as well as a closer look at the movie's many Spidey Variants, we get heaps of new character details.

For example, in the case of Spider-Man 2099, while "trying to create a new superhero, Miguel O'Hara accidentally turned himself into the best Spider-Man in the multi-verse." That's a big change from the source material but one that could explain how and why the hero finds himself in charge of all those different web-slingers.

More details on each character can be found in the Instagram posts below - many thanks to @mcucollector24 for those - and there are definitely plenty of intriguing and surprising reveals here.

Miles Morales, meanwhile, has a new costume and The Spot...well, his physique is pretty interesting for such a formidable baddie!

Peter B. Parker is looking much fitter these days, but it definitely sounds like he'll find himself caught between a rock and hard place after being forced to decide between fighting with or against Miles. This movie serves as the first half of a two-part story, and it sounds like Sony has epic plans for this Oscar-winning animated franchise.

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, after reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.

However, when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.

Written by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller and David Callaham, and directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, Justin K. Thompson, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse swings into theaters on June 2, 2023.

Can we get some Picard season three articles? It's the best Trek since Enterprise, instead of covering these mid ass Disney shows and rumors lol

Y'all remember that time when Mindy Kaling tried to justify the race swapping in Velma by using Spider-Verse as an example? Life if funny, the quote is dumb but life is funny.

Once again Hasbro shows contempt for collectors. High price point and limited accessories. They even eliminated the Build-a-Figure. Who doesn’t want a pregnant woman action figure?

Cyborg Spiderwoman?!? Wtf is that? Clearly someone forgot to tell the toy maker they were gender swapping this character, for whatever retarded reason.

@PatientXero - that's an alternate reality spider woman with cybernetic enhancements, you're going to see a lot of Gender Swapped, Race Swapped, Species Swapped Spidey's in the movie called Across the Spider Verse.

@KaptainKhaos - I’m sure we will, like Jessica Drew. Not a problem, just saying the toy has no feminine features, at all.

In regards to Cyborg Spider-Woman.

@PatientXero - no it doesn't, we also don't know this versions backstory yet, maybe it's a universe where Women have more Masculine Bodies and Men have more Feminine Bodies *shrugs*

@KaptainKhaos - That sounds retarded.

@PatientXero - Fictional Multiverse my dude, the first movie had a Spider who got bit by a radioactive pig and mutated into a Pig with Spider Powers.

First one was great. Hopefully this one isn’t too bloated and it’s great too.

At least the majority of these come blister packaged, Hasbro has been letting me down recently. The no window boxes for Marvel Legends and GI Joe Classified has been disappointing. I haven’t had any figure swaps but I’ve gotten bad paint apps, missing parts and broken joints by not being able to see the figure.
