Marvel's Spider-Man (First Half)

Marvel's Spider-Man (First Half)

Ho ho ho webheads, in light of recent events, I thought it'd be nice to share a proposed plot Marvel Studios could use. Or just for your entertainment, Happy Holidays!

The story begins with a teenager narrating about how things have changed since the Superhuman Registration Act enforced by Tony Stark. It then cuts to vigilantes such as Daredevil on the run, or Captain America driving to a different destination. The teenager continues to talk about how heroes and villains are no different from the public eye anymore. The scene changes to the camera slowly zooming out, what's revealed to be a lense, it pans out more and we see a red/blue figure hanging upside down in mid-day.
He free-falls and swings himself from building to building, doing aerial tricks in the process. He lands on a rooftop:

"My name is Peter Benjamin Parker, and I am the Amazing Spider-Man."

Cuts to intro by Marvel Studios

Peter is running late for class and bumps into his best friend, Mary Jane Watson. He shuffles trying to hide his mask as they exchange greetings. Peter smiles and continues to run as he's late for a lecture in Science.

Peter apologizes and tries to catch up on what he's met so far. The scene cuts to after school and Peter is hustling to leave, he puts on his earbuds and listens to the police scanner placed in his phone.

He walks home to pick up spare web shooter cartridges and gets a flashback talking to his Uncle Ben about his Dad's theory on creating a thick enough nylon that can withstand the body's weight, essentially making it the closest reality to flying. It cuts to the present where Peter now suited up as his alter-ego.

As Spider-Man, he stops a robbery and carjacking by armored thugs, sticking them to a lamp-post with the police questioning who it is. Peter swings through the city skyline and finishes more petty crimes before he heads home.

At home he's greeted by his Aunt May and it's Uncle Ben's birthday, they sit together and talk about him. Then another flashback shows all three of them at the dinner table, laughing and talking about how their day went, Peter getting advice from his Uncle about Flash Thompson and Aunt May discouraging the violence. Uncle Ben shrugs as they continue to eat the birthday cake.

It cuts back to the present where Peter is comforting May, and they both hug each other before Peter goes up to his room.
Peter sends an e-mail to The Daily Bugle regarding his interest in sending photos to get published. Peter texts Harry, his best friend, about the struggles so far with Aunt May trying to keep up with the bills and Harry suggests sending some money to help them out, Peter declines politely and looks outside the window to see MJ get hit by her father.

Peter shuts his laptop off, he leans towards to give Mr. Watson a stern look, he backs off and MJ thanks him. The scene cuts to MJ sitting with him on Peter's roof, MJ comforts him and after a while they both say good night to each other.

Meanwhile across the city, a huge man in a white suit is seemingly upset at his failed schemes, he consults another man, one with a huge forehead, yelling at him for messing up. The big man is revealed to be Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin. He tells the shorter man, revealed to be Hammerhead to consult his thugs "properly".

The scene cuts to a warehouse, four men are tied up, blindfolded, and bleeding. Hammerhead gives off a lecture on how he's disappointed, and has one of the three people beside Hammerhead, execute the four men. The three henchmen are revealed to be a group called The Enforcers.

Hammerhead tells the group to get rid of the corpses, and gives them an agenda: to find out who Spider-Man is.

This is actually really good. Can't wait for part 2!!! I wish you would do it for a Netflix show though. Not only because I'd rather see Spidey on Netflix, but also so I could read more of your stuff. Idek why I like it so much, but I do.

I don't get the stern look though, I'm kinda confused on that part.

This is neat. You should write this up (if you have the time). You've clearly got a great idea. Kingpin makes for a great first villain.

And as for the stern look part, I really hope you've taken inspiration from this guy...

@KingNTheKong, I think as I was writing the whole thing up, I was thinking about that if Peter and MJ were best friends, they'd have their back no matter what. So the look that was given was that "I'm about to call 911 if you don't back off."

Ah ok. I was imagining a grandmotherly "Now you know you can only have two cookies after dinner" look and I new you didn't mean that so I wanted to get that image out of my head.

Though I don't think a stern look would make him backdown. Mathe Peter shouting "Hey Mr. Watson" very nicely waving his hand all around when he lifts up his other hand revealing his phone. Mr. Watson sees Peter and backs off. Or
