Morbius, The Living Vampire arrives in theaters next July and shooting is taking place this week in Manchester, England (which is doubling for a presumably Spider-Man-less New York City). Now, some photos and a video have started doing the rounds and they provide a detailed looked at Jared Leto's Michael Morbius looking a lot like, well, Jared Leto!
However, it seems as if he's just escaped from incarceration as he's wearing an orange jump suit and the video shows him hovering in the sky before swooping off and making his escape.
Producer Avi Arad has teased a very different look for the vampiric version of the anti-hero, so those changes will presumably be made in post-production. With any luck, these set leaks will lead to an official image being released but you have to hope that ends up being more exciting than the widely ridiculed shot of Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock which completely underwhelmed
Venom fans!
Pretty much every major cast member has been spotted in Manchester over the past few days but as they're all decked out in pretty normal looking costumes, the photos don't really shed any light on what we should expect from the Sony Pictures release.
