SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME - Amazing New 4DX Poster Sees The World Against Peter Parker

The Spider-Man: No Way Home posters are definitely improving, as this 4DX effort sees a crestfallen Peter Parker overlooking a snowy New York City that's clearly turned against the heroic wall-crawler.

As we get closer to the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, it appears the posters for the movie are starting to improve! This latest effort comes our way from 4DX and shows Peter Parker overlooking a snowy New York City that's clearly turned on its Friendly Neighborhood wall-crawler.

At the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home, Mysterio revealed the hero's secret identity to the world while framing him both for his murder and the attack on London.

As a result, it's no wonder the world appears to have turned on Spider-Man, and it's clearly hitting Peter hard. The snow is an interesting addition, especially with Hawkeye taking place at Christmas; chances are the timelines of that Disney+ TV series and this movie will overlap to at least some extent. We'll just have to wait and see whether there are any references to Rogers: The Musical!

Check out the latest poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home below:

"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk," reads the new synopsis. "When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."

Among the film's confirmed cast members are Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, J.K. Simmons, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. Based on the new trailer, we can now add Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans to that impressive list of actors (fingers crossed for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).

Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.

Finally, a good f*kng poster. The most Peter Parker poster i'd say, gives me a sense of the heavy consequences of Peter's actions when all he wanted to do was help.

@JosephCronos92 - same.

I hear the movie really gets more serious after the first half after a turn happens which seem to be the case from the trailers.

Snow? So the snow isn't just limited to the Sanctum? Wonder if this takes place concurrently to Hawkeye then (assuming it's set during christmas)

Also, I agree with everyone. Best poster yet

@bkmeijer - Good question. From what we've seen, the movie looks like it starts as soon as Peter's identity is revealed after coming back from his summer vacation in FFH.

So the movie then jumps to show how the reveal has affected Peter's life in the school year during October, as seen by Halloween decorations in the 1st trailer.

Then that's what gives Peter the idea to visit Strange. It's not uncommon for it to snow during Oct/Nov in NYC, so that's probably why we see Strange and Wong cleaning up snow in the Sanctum.

The majority of the movie probably takes place Nov/Dec and we end it with Christmas.

@JFerguson - thats a good catch. Also makes sense its set around christmas, otherwise they probably wouldn't have been as adament keeping it at the december release date.

I do wonder though, when is Far From Home set? The trip makes me think july or so, but the Prague festival makes me think february

@bkmeijer - Good point. Apparently that festival in prague is actually held every year in October. But I imagine the movie took some liberties and the film is most likely actually set in July, during summer break.

For in universe explanation, you can just say that dates got shifted around because the snap happened and messed shit up

@JFerguson - october even? I was just thinking carnaval, and I associate that with february 11th. October makes sense though, because I always assumed Endgame was early 2023.

Still don't like how Far From Home portrayed the Netherlands though. And especially how they [frick]ed up a tulip field (also, tulips grow around april, so thats another anochronism)
