After the villains were victorious in the Contest of Champions, Spider-Man feels like he's got nothing left to lose, will he get retribution?

Marvel's most popular superhero, Spider-Man, swings into a new season in "Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors," premiering SUNDAY, AUGUST 31 (9:00 a.m. ET) on the Marvel Universe programming block on Disney XD. Accompanied by Nova, Iron Fist, Power Man and White Tiger, Spider-Man and the team take on dangerous S.H.I.E.L.D. missions and encounter some of their most thrilling adventures yet.

The new season begins with Spider-Man accepting an invitation to become an Avenger. Alongside Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Falcon, everyone’s favorite web-head gets one step closer to becoming the Ultimate Spider-Man!

Presented in a multi-episode story format, "Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors" not only pairs Spidey with the Avengers, but introduces new heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe such as Agent Venom, a new Iron Spider Amadeus Cho, Cloak & Dagger, and Ka-Zar. Additionally, for the first time in animation history, Miles Morales teams up with Spider-Man for a new adventure and he’s not the only Spidey that Peter Parker will encounter in this action-packed season.

I think this show appeals greatly to it's current modern demographic.

@DallasAvenger agreed, my daughter and nephew love this show. They like Agents of Smash as well, but not Avengers Assemble for some reason.

Part three revealed that Aunt May knows his secret identity, this episode seems to be a solid finale for a good season, season three was a great improvement over the other two.

love the show. My only 2 complaints are:

1)the deadpool-esque breaking of the fourth wall. I think they could have done without that and just let Pete talk to himself out-loud. Wouldn't be too much of a departure from Source Material.

2) the blatant cross-platform promotions they use the show for.
One episode feature the Guardians, they have more of the comic look (Starlord has the blue and yellow suit). GotG comes out and the next time they show up on Spider-man the costumes and character designs are straight from the movie down to The Milano...

"Contest of Champions" just leaves a bad taste in my mouth after playing that terrible IOS tripe they pass off as a game.

If they could strip the show down to just Spidey with the occasional cameo from others, the show would be gold...As it is now, it's just an update of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends...which was dope...back in 85...
