I still can't believe that Spectacular Spider-Man and Earth's Mightiest Heroes got cancelled after their second seasons yet this and Avengers Assemble are still going on.

Lol, they nailed Spidey's character in this show but the story arcs and other unecessary S.H.I.E.L.D nonsense is just time consuming and pretty pointless. I favored the solo driven stories featuring spider-man. Spectacular Spider-Man has to be one of my most favorite spiderman series.

R.I.P

-Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes
-The Soectacular Spider-Man
-Wolverine and the X-Men
-Tron: Uprising

Such great shows that contained the heart and soul and yet they just get pushed over for more kiddy shows. "Teen Titans Go" is the only show I regret judging before I watched it.

Shailene Woodley dropping out of ASM2 actually did wonders for her career. She is practically on every magazine at the news stand.

Let's hope this helps kick the marketing and promotion for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy up a notch. The movie is gonna come out in 26/27 more days. And, I am remaining faithful that Guardians will be Marvel's next billion dollar hit because of Thanos from "Avengers" and Rocket Raccoon. And, I hope Walt Disney Studios got my 20+ letters that I've sent them over the past 6 months to release Guardians in 4,444 theaters nationwide all over the USA when it comes out August 1st, because if they do, it'll help get Guardians to make over a billion worldwide by having pass the opening weekend record of Avengers by $3 million dollars for a 3-day opening weekend gross 0f $210 million dollars for Guardians compared to $207 million dollars for The Avengers. And, I hope people will forget the fact these characters, except Rocket Raccoon and Thanos, are unknown and just go see this movie and help make it another billion dollar hit for Marvel, because they'll agree its a good movie, they'll go see it, and they'll love it. That's my words. I hope this gets through.

Lol, my brotha are you even concerned about this possibly being a quality film? Or do you just want it to rake in a bunch of cash for Odin's sake to have something to celebrate and brag about? I won't make fun if you for it, as I have done the same in the past. It just seems like that's your main motive for this film "To make a lot of money!" lol

I can see why Disney didn't continue on with Spectacular Spider-Man. Since there was way to many legal and right issues they didn't think it would be worth it. Earths Mightiest Heroes is another issue though, they had something going on with the story and BAM they just cancelled it and replaced a beloved show with an abomination.

It's quite sad how Marvel has nothing to offer when it comes to animated TV shows right now. I mean DC has that problem too, but at least they have animated movies, I had my problems with Son of Batman but I'd rather watch that than the current batch of Marvel animated TV shows.

No, bro. I am concerned about the possibility of Guardians being a quality film. And, I do want it to be great, which I am 100% certain it will, in my eyes. I just really want this movie to be another billion dollar hit for Marvel, because the people have worked their butts off to make it a great movie for 2 years now and I have been busting my ass off to help make this movie make over a billion dollars worldwide by promoting it and persuading people and convincing people to help make it a billion dollar by posting on Facebook, Twitter, Brabble, Google plus, letters to Walt Disney Studios, and all that crap. So, I do care about the film being great, I just really wanna help make it a success in both areas of critics and fans love and cash. But, I do care about Guardians being fantastic. I do.

Who cares? I just tried to watch this show for the 3rd time and still can't get passed episode 2. Horrible. I couldn't even get passed episode 1 of the that new Avengers show, either. It's pathetic excuse to say this is for children, when I can actually sit through Dora the Explorer and not any of these.

Dude, who cares if it makes a billion or 5 billion. How does that even concern you? The people making it are getting paid (ridiculous amounts too) and the studio execs certainly don't need any more money.
A billion dollars at the BO doesn't make a film a success.

There is a difference between financial and critical success. Transformers AoE is a financial success but not a critical success. Edge Of Tomorrow is the other way around.

Don't forget Green Lantern TAS and Young Justice. Also STFU MarvelMan15 huge box office doesn't necessarely mean huge popularity. How much money Avatar made? And how many people mocked Avatar?

bobevanz
bobevanz - 7/8/2014, 12:39 PM
@starkasm I see what your trying to say. Your monetarily envious. Of course the execs and such are over paid, as well as every other managerial or upper echelon businessman. Nonetheless, a billion sollar movie is more than a success, break it down to a percentage, out of how many movies that have been released in the last 80 years there's only been 18 movies that have made a billion. Your calling those movies unsuccessful? -_-
End of line.
bobevanz
bobevanz - 7/8/2014, 12:44 PM
Studios could care less how the movie is received by critics and the general audience as long as they make a profit. Most billion dollars movies on the list are crap, but the popularity for something and the intent to return to the atmosphere and the world they've created is what makes a movie successful.
