It's a good time to be a fan of Miles Morales. Spider-Man: Miles Morales arrives on the PlayStation 5 in less than a month, while rumours are swirling that the hero is about to make his live-action debut.

Another video has been revealed today, this time kicking off with comments from Insomniac Games creative director Brian Horton. He opens up about Miles becoming a superhero and following in the footsteps of Peter Parker before sharing some footage of the young web-slinger discovering his Venom Blast and taking down The Rhino with a brutal punch.

It's a chill-inducing moment, and one that cements Miles as a bona fide hero as he steps up to protect the fallen Peter. Those Venom Blasts should be a lot of fun to try out in the game as well.

In the latest adventure in the Marvel’s Spider-Man universe, teenager Miles Morales is adjusting to his new home while following in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker, as a new Spider-Man. But when a fierce power struggle threatens to destroy his new home, the aspiring hero realizes that with great power, there must also come great responsibility. To save all of Marvel’s New York, Miles must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and own it.

I hope this is the only returning villain. His inclusion is cool both to counter the miles/rhino level in the first game and also to show how miles and peter play different. But we need to see some new bosses here. Dont just make this an updated version of the first game.

Soooo, they're basically just recycling villains from the first game?

Really never been a fan of Miles having Peter’s entire powerset plus two other random powers.

No thanks. No more for me, lol. I was sold with how it looked in the showcase. I am on board and am not looking at anything else so I can get as much surprise as possible.

The same goes for Cyberpunk 2077. Not looking at a thing.
