The first Marvel's Spider-Man story DLC titled The Heist will officially introduce not only new missions featuring fan-favorite Felicia Hardy (aka Black Cat), but also three all-new, all-different suits!

The launch of Marvel's Spider-Man was just a beginning of your Spider-Verse journey, as you will have a chance to check out at least three story expansions that will introduce three new characters we haven't met in the base game. The first DLC, titled The Heist, will be focused on Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat, who has a mysterious plan that involves leaving clues around New York to play with Pater Parker.

According to developer Insomniac Games, the upcoming Heist will feature many "twists and turns," as the DLC starts with a robbery at an art museum that entangles Spider-Man and MJ. The studio has revealed the story component is just a small part of the upcoming expansion and there’s a whole new faction of enemies, new crimes, new challenges, new trophies, and even three brand new suits.

The player will have an opportunity to don the Resilient Suit (designed be famed Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell’Otto), Scarlet Spider Mark II, and the Spider-UK suit that will make every Captain Britain fan more than happy. Adi Granov, Marvel illustrator and suit designer, also created a wonderful artwork that spotlights Black Cat and Spider-Man's adventures and you can check it out down below:

Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist will be available for download 23rd October 2018.

@MUTO123 - haha, not their finest video but some good laughs. Best parts were when they had the slideshow of catch the lab, when they made fun of the movie putting quantum in front of everything, and making fun of the reaction from comic book fans to the film: "I only get out of bed for a celestial" LMFAO.

@PeterStarker - LOL, about 90%. I was literally in the middle of the final confrontation with Negative and had to turn off my PS4 and head to the airport for an international flight. Just haven't had time to get back to it and now feel like I'll be rusty while dealing with a big important boss battle. First world problems, heh.

@MaddAddaM - You must've done every single side mission. I beat the game with 75%. Then went and traded it in to game stop for $20. Should have known the DLC would be cool enough to keep it.

@ATrueHero1987 - Same here. This is the game that is making me want to get a PS4 Pro, and also the new Samurai game that they showed at E3 Ghost of Tsushima. The graphics in that play through were phenomenal.

@smgmayhem - I just bought a PS4 Pro after buying my first 4K TV, and it's not a HUGE difference, but it's definitely noticeable. Especially if you have surround sound as well.

Spider-Man looks great in his HC suit in 4K.

I thought the sinister six was kinda trash but the game was amazing. I was ashamed I beat it so fast. I like that they made the side missions and achievements actually fun

I wish we had alternate skins for other characters like they did for Witcher 3. You could acivate them from the main menu, I thought it was really cool. I like the designs for most of the characters but it'd be fun to start NG+ with characters having their classic look.

So they release the dlc on Sam raimis birthday and tease that the raimi suit will be included....only for them not to include the raimi suit at all. That is very very disappointing. I love the game but these suits are all just meh to me
