I've just thought this was a good article to open my mind about this spider-man reboot its been hard to soak it all in the direction there trying to go with this. Now an days comic book movies have been finding trouble in regard to keeping things to its source material but I wanna keep my head held high since Marvel is been on top of there game lately. SONY spider-man movies weren't all that bad it was actually good sure spider man 3 had a let down how great characters were treated poorly but we can start fresh now i hope Marc Webb and the script writers go in the Direction of The Spectacular Spider-Man (TV series)if you haven't seen it you should i enjoyed it and it felt like the next installments should use this as a concept for this reboot so hopefully later i can try my first Fan Fic to please you guys with the Amazing Spider-Man.

It's been a long, bumpy road, but Sony and director Marc Webb have finally selected an actor to play Spider-Man in the upcoming film reboot. Taking the reins from Tobey Maguire will be Andrew Garfield (The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus). The reboot will bring Spidey back to the high school setting seen in the early years of comics like Amazing Spider-Man and currently featured in the pages of Ultimate Spider-Man.

Some fans might be feeling a little ambivalent on this change-up, not least of which because the 27-year-old Garfield will be playing a 15 or 16-year-old Peter Parker. But we don't think this shift is necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it might be just what the Spider-Man franchise needs. In this feature, we explore the reasons why high school is the perfect environment for Spidey, and how this new setting might boost the character both in and out of costume.

I agree with you but idk its hard i wldnt mind high school it will just give a chance for characters to build further along in the franchise of the movie cause we all love comics and they have a feeling you know how they shld act with on another if we for once know that its bad acting then the movie wld suck i rather them take there time then rush into things like spider- man 3 it wasn't bad until harry died and venom was a little B!**h

Its called Spider MAN not Spider BOY and its to appeal to the teeny bopper crowd, why do not all of you see it. There was no need for a reboot, Sony is making a SAPPY Spiderman movie, and releasing it the same weekend as the most likely action packed Star Trek 2, THINK ABOUT IT, what will win

Idc about the crowd of ppl i care about the character. what makes a movie is developing a perfect story like i said up top spider man 3 wasn't that bad just to me was poorly guided use of characters i wouldn't mind high school cause it gives that chance to have a base and build to a successful franchise. movies like this always have hard times stepping it up a notch for a squeal. idk who wld win its all about how both movies turn out

he fought a lot of the major villains while still in high school. i say go with it, but not for too long. have a collage intro like tih did, showing origin of spider bite. and show the tinkerer and the "alien invasion" start the movie with the arrest of quentin beck, and the cops saying thanks to spidey. go to the rescue of john jameson in the space capsule. the n throw in chameleon as the main baddie. at the end have the release of beck. have him talking to jameson. show becks apartment and see the mysterio suit. the end. have cameos of connors, norman, eddie brock sr, john jameson, maybe evenm mac gargan

when peter parker was bitten by a spider,he became much more than the shy, introverted high school student he had always been/now possessed of the proportionate strength, speed, and agility of a spider,he sought to use his new found abilities to achieve wealth and fame.but after his beloved uncle ben was murdered, the grief stricken youth soon realized that with great power must also come great responsibility.now, peter wages a one man, web slinging crusade against all evildoers in the costumed identity of ...the amazing spider man. go back to the basics of Spidey, start with Stan Lee's description using present time facts.
