Don't like this super imposing Reeves face on Cavil's, a shot of his Clark Kent walking past him as he enters the Daily Planet would of been a better one imo.

I didn't see it the 1st viewing..watched movies 2nd time & was paying more attention.
Cavill's face distort as the world engines energy hits him.

Could be just an effect to show the force on Superman..or it could be a Chris Reeve face put there by filmmakers..it's fun to see & guess regardless.
