THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER Fan-Poster Sees Natalie Portman Suit-Up As The God Of Thunder

A pretty awesome new fan-poster for Thor: Love and Thunder is doing the rounds, and it features Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) assuming the mantle of the God of Thunder alongside Odinson (Chris Hemsworth).

We found out at San Diego Comic-Con a few weeks ago that Natalie Portman is all set to reprise the role of Jane Foster for Taika Waititi's Thor: Love and Thunder, and in an even more surprising turn of events, she'll actually be taking up the mantle of the titular Asgardian hero.

Now, Boss Logic has unveiled his first piece of fan-art for the Marvel threequel, and it sees Foster fully armored-up as the new God of Thunder alongside Chris Hemsworth as the Odinson. Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) can also be seen on her winged steed down the bottom right of the image.

Here's what Boss Logic had to say about the pic over Twitter.

"Took a little longer to do a #thorloveandthunder piece but here is the first of many. chose the color tone of the logo for the poster and reason I used #NataliePortman from V is to look similar to the comic :) shout outs to @TheKingsletter help on the helmet ❤️ @TaikaWaititi"

Thor: Love and Thunder isn't scheduled to shoot until after Waititi finishes his next film for Fox Searchlight, so it'll probably be a while before we get to see Portman in costume. Would you be happy if she looked something like this, or would you prefer a different design?

@DnA - That second piece is the best one I've seen (that artist did some dope Shang Chi and other Phase 4 stuff but I can't remember his name)

This is another one of my favorites

I get the feeling she's the main Thor in the movie, and Hemsworth just plays the glorified cameo.

Yeah, not very good nor would it pique my interest in the movie if I were unfamiliar with the characters. Moving on...

Every pic in the comments so far is better than the one in the article. It is way too crowded.

[Paragraph ranting about how she shouldn't be called Female Thor as she has her own name and they should come up with something more original]

Boss Logic is extremely overrated. I don't know why this site keeps featuring him. There are a vast amount of better 'feature worthy' artists out there.
