*Snickers* It'd be a funny gag if it weren't played so straight. Still, I think it makes Loki seem a bit too pathetic. If he were to play make believe of himself becoming King of Asgard, he'd probably make his coronation as different from Thor's as possible rather than live in his shadow.

man the full cut of this movie is probably so much better then the final cut.
sometimes i wonder how much being profitable and being part of the marvel universe have cost us a lot of better movie experiences.

Interesting. From what I recall, the scene with Loki being brought before Odin was a later Joss Whedon rewrite to connect this film more explicitly with the events in AVENGERS.
