Thanks to Marvel Studios, most blockbusters these days have post-credits scenes and Bumblebee is no exception. You won't have to wait long, either, because they start almost immediately after the movie ends (there's nothing right at the very end of the credits).
Before we get to that, though, it's worth noting that it wraps up with Bumblebee driving over the Golden Gate Bridge alongside a very familiar looking semi-truck which the first post-credits scene seemingly confirms was indeed Optimus Prime, as the two Autobots walk through the forest together talking about the battle to come.
The camera then pans up and reveals that more Autobots are on their way to Earth, presumably setting the stage for a sequel or, if that doesn't happen, 2007's Transformers.
We then return to Hailee Steinfeld's Charlie who is working on her dad's Corvette, and she finally manages to get it running. We then see her driving that on the open road which doesn't exactly set up the sequel, but does bring her story arc to a nice close.
