Transformers Star Shia LaBeouf Punched, and Handcuffed During Bar Fight

"He charged at me!" the college student claimed. "I jumped over the patio fence onto the sidewalk to get away from him. But he kept coming after me. He was getting in my face. He was talking s***. He was chest-bumping me."

Shia LaBeouf has been handcuffed, though not arrested, after he was allegedly, involved in a bar fight Saturday morning. The 24-year-old "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" star got a little rowdy and ended up getting punched in the face.

Shia was at the Mat Bull's Tavern in Sherman Oaks, CA when he ended up getting roughed in the bar. He was either taunted by other bar patrons or he got rowdy first, depending on the source.

Sources close to the actor told TMZ that Shia was jumped on his way out of the bar before police arrived on the scene and cuffed everyone involved.

But the other party on the fight, Mark Mastro, painted a different picture on what happened. He told RadarOnline.com that when his girlfriend saw Shia, they went over their table to get a picture with him.

"I called him Mr. LaBeouf. He didn't want anything to do with me. He said he just wanted to chill and refused to do photos. I walked away."

But some time later, Mark and his friends walked up to Shia and that's when things got worse.

He continued, "My friend said, 'what's up Shia?' Shia told him to 'get the f*** out of my way.' He was slurring his words. That's when I said to my buddy, 'don't worry, he's just a f****** fa*** anyway.' He turned around, cursed me out, and I started laughing."

Shia then allegedly jumped in his black truck and jumped out before running back towards the back.

"He charged at me!" the college student claimed. "I jumped over the patio fence onto the sidewalk to get away from him. But he kept coming after me. He was getting in my face. He was talking s***. He was chest-bumping me."

That's when the bar's bouncer jumped in and put the actor in a head lock. A cop, who happened to be driving by, saw the commotion and pulled up. The police called for backup and seven other squad cars arrived in minutes.

No arrests were made, with both parties refusing to file charges.

In fairness, it sounds like he just wanted to be left alone and got abuse for it. I'm no fan of him as an actor but don't see why the guy shouldn't be allowed to have a drink without beiong called "A F****** F****" for not taking photos with people he doesn't even know.

To be fair, if you call somebody a "f****** fa***" to their face, you can't expect a happy ending. Honestly, Shia should've clocked the little rat when he called him that. I know I would've.

People should just leave celebrities alone.

After all they are people too.

Best photo chop of Shela LaBuffy ever. Where's the nostrils/beak at? Where did it go? Either that of the lighting was beyond perfect. This guy is soooo overrated as an actor; as are his looks.

I agree with you both 110%...Shia has a bad reputation for disorderly and drunken behavior (all the cool kids do) but this really sounds like he was provoked....

If he didn't have his "priors" he probably would have knocked the guys [frick]in lights out

Cudos to Shia because it looks like he was actually trying to be responsible and avoid it

Ouch. The price of fame. You're a f*cking fa**ot if you want to mind your own business and enjoy your personal life. Heh, people disgust me.
