British actress Victoria Summer (Saving Mr. Banks) announced earlier this week that she has landed a role in Paramount's Transformers 4 on Twitter, and that she will be filming for three weeks. Now, The Wrap confirms that she's playing the assistant of Kelsey Grammer's 'Harold Attinger', who is described as, "a counter-intelligence operative who serves as the film's human antagonist." Additionally, Summer was originally hired to be on set for three days before her schedule was upgraded. The fourquel also stars Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, Peter Cullen and T.J. Miller. Transformers 4 is set to hit theaters June 27th, 2014.

UPDATE: According to TheWrap's Jeff Sneider, Victora Summer's character is actually being kept under wraps and she's no longer playing Kelsey Grammer's assistant.

One thing is for certain though, people will keep spending money to find out if it will be as entertaining as the first despite all evidence to the contrary.

Bay can't lose when he plays to the gullible.
