With less than a month left until the big premiere, Amazon Prime Video has decided to release another trailer for their upcoming original series, The Boys, which features a ton of new footage.

Like the previously released trailer, the latest preview doesn’t shy away from the show’s graphic nature as it manages to pack a fair amount of adult language and blood-soaked violence into the span of two minutes.

However, unlike past teasers, this one does get viewers a little more familiar with the show's premise by introducing The Boys themselves and providing some insight into why they are willing to risk their lives to take down the world’s mightiest heroes.

Check out the exciting new footage below:

"In a world where superheroes embrace the darker side of their massive celebrity and fame, The Boys centers on a group of vigilantes known informally as "the boys," who set out to take down corrupt superheroes with no more than blue collar grit and a willingness to fight dirty."

The Boys is officially scheduled to premiere on July 26, 2019 and will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

At some point they're going to have to explain the rationale between switching The Deep and A-Train's races. I'm assuming it's to cause some outrage publicity.

There would be no mistaking who Jack Qauid's parents are even if you didn't know his last name. He looks just like a weird mashup of both of them.
