Well, tonight's installment of Preacher proved to be quite eventful as we met not one villain, but two.

First up, Pip Torrens (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) made his long-awaited debut as Herr Starr, a cold-blooded operative that works for a shadow organization known as The Grail. While we didn't get to learn much about his master plan, it would appear as though he does have something nasty in store for Jesse Custer and Genesis.

Next up, in an unexpected deviation from the source material, came the introduction of one of the worst figures in human history: Adolf Hitler, played by Noah Taylor (Game of Thrones). The Nazi bastard made his entrance in the episode's final few moments, revealing himself as the one who released Eugene from his cell. Showrunner Sam Catlin, in an interview with THR, teased an interesting dynamic between Eugene and one of history's worst monsters, saying he'll serve as "a great foil to Eugene, and his relationship to Eugene and how he helps Eugene learn more about himself over the course of the season is very provocative I think."

If that wasn't enough, it looks like a third villain will be entering the picture next week when Tulip comes face to face with an old enemy. Plus, Frankie Muniz (Malcolm in the Middle) guest stars.

Check out the new promo and a sneak peek clip from episode four, titled "Viktor," below:

Here's the thing about Preacher: In the comic Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy are definitley antiheroes, but they are not complete assholes (well, not at first), but here the three of em are complete bastards 99% of the time. I don' root for Custer at all.

It'll be interesting to see how this Adolf thing plays out. Deviations can go either way obviously.
