It would seem Seth Rogen and co. have merged the characters of the perverted Salvation businessman Odin Quinncannon and Jesse Custer's mother Christina to form Vyla Quinncannon, and she'll be played by the stunning Elizabeth Perkins. Here's how Deadline describe this latest addition to Preacher: "A genteel but formidable businesswoman who owns the local slaughterhouse in Annville. Ambitious, strong-willed and terrifying, Vyla shares a past with Jesse’s father which gives her a singular hold over Jesse." Perkins joins Dominic Cooper as Jesse, Ruth Negga as Tulip, Joe Gilgun as Cassidy, Lucy Griffiths as Emily, and Ian Colletti as Arseface. We await the Saint Of Killers casting announcement with bated breath.
