Great episodes. I know some people want more zombie action, but this is seriously one of the best shows on TV!

@TheShakeBake-As much as he needs to, I think they're going to hold him out till season 3...I'd love for him to die now, but they're going to make him a lot more evil before killing him off

Your prolly right, But i'm just happy about all the progress they made towards that in this episode: Carl getting gun training, Rick finding out about Lori and Shane, and that whole argument between Shane and Dale. As long as it happens eventually i will be happy haha

Mid-season finale? Does that mean they're taking a quick break then coming back like South Park occasionally does?

Sorry this is about the only show I watch on TV other than South Park.

i wish dale would die. he isn't an enjoyable character on TV and the actor absolutely sucks. he only shows one emotion in his face no matter the situation. terrible

CAN U FANBOYS STOP BITCHING ALREADY? THE SHOW IS TAKING LIBERTIES TO ENHANCE THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, SURE ITS SLOW AND SOME CHARACTERS SUCK BUT CRITICS LOVE IT AND SO ARE VIEWERS UNFAMILIAR WITH THE SOURCE. JUST THINK OF THIS SHOW AS ABRAMS STAR TREK W/O EXPLAINING ALTERNATE TIMELINE.
FYI DAMN SHANE IS A GREAT CHARACTER AND ITS A SHAME THE COMICS TOOK HIM OUT SO SOON.I HAVE A FEELING THAT SHANE WILL STILL BE ALIVE PAST THE PRISON STORYLINE. AND LORI AND JUDITH WONT DIE MAYBE LORI CAUSE NON COMIC FANS WOULD BE SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED. MAY CAUSE BAD REP

How can people like Dale? He has that same stupid face no matter the situation and he never does ANYTHING to help out except take 10 years to fix a hose. Stupid character and the actor sucks.

and damn... T-Dog isn't getting any screen time at all. He is walking bait right there.

This is best TV series in years that holds my interest. I would like it if when they get to the "Governors" town that it's made into a movie and at the end return back to the TV series cuz it's just to shocking and graphic to show on TV.

how can u not like dale? he is the voice of reason, the way he played out the secrets situation was great and he is the only character who sees thru the bullcrap.

however, i cant stand his facial expression either.

fyi, i dont like how lori told rick so soon, if they dragged it on it wouldve added more suspense but seem more like jerry springer.

Dont worry guys the show doesnt follow the comic book completely. A lot of the characters are made up and different dynamics are created. If the show was following the comic Shane would already have been dead a long time ago.

TWO THINGS:

1.) I have a feeling that Herschel will be killed in the next episode... maybe by the walkers in the barn... maybe by Shane... not sure, but I just get the feeling that he's not long for this world.

2.) I believe that the title of the episode, "Pretty Much Dead Already", may be a hint that Rick will reveal to the group the "secret" that Jenner whispered in his ear at the CDC... if you follow the comic... you probably know what I mean...
