In an interview with IGN Robert Kirkman hints that the group Randall was with may in fact be with the Governor. For the full interview check out IGN.com.

IGN: Last week, you guys announced David Morrissey would be playing the Governor in season 3. In this episode, Randall reveals that he comes from a group of about 30 people, which if I'm remembering correctly is about the same size as the group in Woodbury in the comics. Can we assume that the arc with Randall will somehow lead into the Governor's introduction?

Kirkman: That's certainly a sound assumption. There's definitely something to that. Whether or not Randall is a part of The Governor's group is something that remains to be seen; I can't really speak in absolutes, so I'm going to be a little more wishy-washy with you. I apologize for being evasive, but you may be onto something.

Given the behavior of his group this comes as no real surprise however Kirkman all but confirming it is. So what do you guys think is Kirkman just trying to throw us off or is he being straight up?

There is no prison hint here. It's him being coy about Randal's group. Nothing more. Annoying when people n this site try to make something it isn't.

The governor is located at the prison so how is it not hinting at the prison?

The Govenor is not at the prison. He's at a town called Woodbury.

I predict that Shane will die in the next episode leaving the finale for a focus on what displaces them from the farm.

As far as this season goes, my only question left is what will it be that displaces them. We only really have 3 choices:
A) The zombies in the area amassed into a horde over the past few weeks because of the gunplay in the town, the Rick and Shane confrontation at the Public Works, and general unrest on the farm and besets the crew.
B) The other crew of survivors stumbles across the farm and attempts to pillage it with suspicions that these may be the people they met in town that took 4 of their own.
C) They combine both A and B for one bad night. Starts with scenario B with A interrupting creating a total war zone which would decimate the farm to the necessary extend to force a migration.

I honestly hope it isn't just A. That is defensible, walkers are expected and countermeasures are not super complicated. Despite losses, they could rebuild from scenario A. Scenario B actually represents the idea that no matter the apocalypse, other people are a danger. The rudimentary reinforcements to farmhouse windows, doors, and fences that will hold off numerous walkers but a siege of armed invaders is another story. This gives Rick the chance to scout for the prison at the beginning of season 3. Scenario C is my favorite. It displaces the entire group and with very good reason. I imagine a battle beginning between the groups, it goes for a while and things start looking grim for the good guys when the horde falls in on the invaders and survivors alike. By morning, the good guys manage to have lost only T-Dog and another, maybe Otis wife, and Andrea is wounded, her fate in the balance between seasons. The question is begged, "What now?" and close season 2.

Rambling...

@ EsseXFactor - I'd sign on for all of that...

Just hope they dont leave them at the farm and not migrate them to the prison...

Thought it was pretty obvious he was going to have ties with the Governor, but then with what has happened recently, who exactly knows.
