Where as last week's episode was downright awful, dull and meandering on the same plot lines, tonight's episode was the opposite. Sure there were still some negatives, like all the female characters are incredibly unlikable. The only female character that wasn't neurotic, and bitchy on tonight's episode was Carol, played by Melissa McBride. And we all know that was just a brief glimpse of kindness and then she'll go back to her whiny self.

I was very intrigued by Carol's gesture to Daryl though, and I wonder if the writers are going to treat Daryl as the Tyreese character from The Walking Dead comic book. Tyreese was an ex-NFL player, he is the muscle for the group. His physicality attracts Carol, and that attraction grows to the point that the two become lovers. Is Daryl going to replace Tyreese?

This episode was definitely the best episode this season, not saying that the others were disappointing imo. If anything I think things are really starting to pick up, and it does seem like they're for shadowing something between Daryl and Carol. I also wanna see where Daryl's outlook on the group goes on from here.

Definately a top 3 show on tv. I agree though. They need to get moving with the story this season.

Gaston...same here. I was just thinking that they need to throw some more zombies in the mix, then they end tonights episode like that, so I was happy. Anybody think Meryl will come back for real???

Such a good episode. When Daryl wakes up and those two walkers are there...let's just keep it clean and say I needed a new pair of shorts. And a shower...a "really" extensive shower...

I agree with what most people are saying about this season. It's good, but they need to compact the story tighter and cut the weak points out of the script. I'd rather have 6 great episodes than 13 good ones.

No question that Daryl and Carol will end up together, and Daryl will be a dad to Sophia. Probably Carol will get killed somewhere down the line and Daryl will have to rake care of Sophia alone.

(Yeah, I'm certain they'll find Sophia alive, but they'll probably have to fight off bad guys to get her back.)

I also agree with what people are saying, and I think this season is like this because there are so many characters to develop. First season was mostly all about Rick.
But I'm still missing some action.

And yeah, Maggie now is my favorite girl in the show.

The children of the vet keep just popping up.... like the blond.. and then the son. I only really had seen Maggie before.. suddenly.. POP .. others.

I keep waiting for Shane to get it!! Wouldn't it be a great twist if Daryl ends up being the one that kills Shane???

Tbh, other than daryl and glen, i would be happy to see the whole cast eaten. Everyone is so [frick]ing whiney and characters are still making stupid survival mistakes. Why the hell would she shoot at one walker? Why make the noise and waste the ammo? And why did they all freak and runafter one walker?

Thes s people arent getting better at surving they r getting worse

i love this show, and obviously there will be small errors in any show that has to do with such fictional stuff going on, overall its still alot of fun.. Give em a break people, its still a great show! U can't just have zombines and zombies and zombies, as its a show on AMC, that is known for shows with substance, and not just shoot em up, kill em up...

Members of the CBM community. I ask of you, Should these words be a firable offense, "Walking Dead is too gory for me. I prefer True Blood, that's more my style." This is a man is his early 40's. He's not some small frail of a guy. Works on cars, a few girlfriends, into sports, all of the sterotypical guy stuff, he has it. Everything personality wise about him seemed normal up until this point. What say you? Thumbs up or Thumbs down? Or better yet, WWDD? What Would Darryl Do?

wow I am really starting to get tired of Rick, his wife, and son. I love this show, but im starting to only like Daryl, Glen, Shane, Maggie and Dale (sometimes T-Dog) the rest are just...smh side note: i heard charlie sheen will be playing a walker at some point this season

the only major difference I've seen from season one too season two is the lack of zombie kills. and what they've lacked in quantity they've more then made up for with quality its all close quarter brutal killings. the only truely boring episode so far has been episode two, everything else you can take something positive from. I just want some resolution to the story line & I want shane and t-dog killed before the season break

I would like the Sophia part wrapped up by the next episode or the one following it, cause it's just annoying at this point. Everything else is fine, I just am tired of the whole Sophia missing plot. And I hate the fact that Shane is a douche now because of it lol.
