THE WALKING DEAD's Lauren Cohan On Maggie's Mindset Going Forward; Plus Pics From Her Health Photoshoot

Everyone was left distraught by Glenn's death in the season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead, but poor Maggie was obviously left most devastated. When Negan finally left with his saviors, however, we did see her get it together enough to ensure her fallen husband's body was carried away for a proper burial.

In an interview with EW, Lauren Cohan suggests that this is a sign that Maggie has resolved to keep going, fueled by a desire to gain a measure of revenge on Negan. "You’ll see how she lives on in honor of Glenn and in vengeance of Negan," the actress told the site. "It’s a real war in her brain, and in protection of the baby. I really liked the fact that Glenn says, “I’ll find you,” because she takes him with her. It’s difficult to even encapsulate the grief like that."

We also have some pics from Cohan's Health.com photoshoot, which you can check out below.

The Walking Dead returns with an extended episode this Sunday.

@webheaded - My dad was in the Marine Corps. for 30 years. He didn't like it when comedian Marget Cho made a similar comment about McCain, and he was absolutely disgusted when Trump did it as a Presidential candidate.

@McGee - That was a long time ago. He probably meant it as somewhat of a joke, and it blew up in his face. If he really felt that way about a handicapped individual, he wouldn't have probably got into office.

Plus, this is about Lauren Cohan now, and her hot little short hairdo.

@LukeCage2155 - One of the reasons I strongly suspected this would happen is something I've picked up about presidential politics from somewhere. It's not true poli-sci, but it's more of a poetic observation:

People seek in the next president a solution to their biggest problem with the current one..

George H. W. Bush didn't seem to care about regular people, but Clinton did.
Bill Clinton couldn't keep it in his pants, but Dubya could.
George W. Bush couldn't think or speak clearly, but Obama could.

So, after 8 years of feeling that Obama was paralyzed by the system, overly cautious, vaguely ethnic and lacking in traditional masculinity, some people turned to the opposite of that.

(Obviously the vast majority of people don't flip from side to side, but each election presents a new group of swing voters. Some of them are people who don't pay much attention and go where the wind blows, but the Obama-Trump voters are pretty clear. They are rural and working-class whites who felt disrespected and forgotten among the rising new coalition in the Democratic party. So, yes and no. Most Americans don't shift too much year-to-year, but there are some large swings in certain demographic groups.)

@Spock0Clock - Furthermore, this election was about flipping the establishment and status quo. The DNC tipping the scales against Bernie for Clinton (the embodiment of the establishment and globalism) was the beginning of the end. Bernie could have won this and Biden must be full of regret.

Maybe the Elites and mainstream media will learn from this farce of a year.. but I'm not holding my breath.
Silver lining: Hillary would have lost to a respectable Republican in 2020 if she got the job.
Time for a change.. Warren 2020
