AMC TV launched a new interactive Facebook app yesterday called The Walking Dead: Left Behind. It places you in the world of the show and draws information from your own account to incorporate into the first-person experience.

After you connect your personal Facebook account into the app, you will see your very own short film sequence. Waking up in the middle of the zombie apocalypse in a police cell with your hands bandaged, you will have to start solving puzzles.

Every cut scene is personalized based on your information. Your photos will pop up on walls, dire text messages from friends, pictures from significant others if you have that information, and much more.

Here is a screen shot of the first-person perspective game:

Official press release:

Ever wonder what it's like to live through a zombie apocalypse? Now, you can virtually find out. Presenting The Walking Dead Left Behind Facebook app. This free one-of-a-kind multimedia experience pulls data from your personal Facebook account then delivers an apocalyptic adventure with you as the main character. Simply connect to the app, then sit back and watch as you escape an abandoned police station while being haunted by the ghosts from your past

Has anyone played this? Creepy as it sounds? Thoughts? Sound off below.
