Hello Fellow CBM Users:

Arrow is my favorite TV show on right now, I think its just an amazing show with great acting(for the CW), amazing action, and they really understand the character of green arrow. One thing Arrow does great is they know how to bring to life the great villains they have access to. Arrow is known for using batman villains in the show with deathstroke, deadshot, bronze tiger, nyssa al ghul, clock king, and coming next season one of the big guns Ra's al Ghul. So today this article today will deal with what batman villains i think the show could use and bring to life in a great way. also arrow is known to bring in lesser known villains so thats what im going to do for this list.

10) Victor Zsasz: Zsaszis a serial killer[1] who usually kills with a knife and carves a tally mark somewhere on himself for every victim he kills. Zsasz is a character i think bring out the brains out of oliver queen and he can be a season long secondary villain working for the big bad and arrow could try to figure who's killing these people and why. idk i just this character really fits in the arrow universe and i just don't think he'll be brought in the main DCCU anytime soon

9) The Ventriloquist: Yeah i'm using the female version of this character one because i feel we need more female villains in these comic book movies and tv shows and i just find this version of the character way more interseting then the male version. I think with this character they could tap into more horror themes like with the doll maker in season 2.

8) Lock Up: Let me be honest i have no prior knowledge to this character at all. I did research for this character for writing this article and from what i learned he's an expert on incarceration tactics which im guessing means he knows how to break into prisons. This can be used to great effect on arrow with iron heights prison and maybe he can break out a certain stroke of death from the super man prison.

7) Lady Shiva: Shiva is an awesome character. She looks cool and she can easily be brought into the arrow universe as an ally or foe for the arrow. Since next season will be dealing with Ra's al Ghul and the league of assassins she can be a member that is sent to kill the arrow and maybe black canary and nyssa comes to starling to stop her or something, however they bring her into this universe im pretty sure we will be seeing her soon.

 6) Black Spider: Again this is a character i really knew nothing about, but then i saw the movie Batman: assualt on arkham and i really liked the character and i think he can eaisly be brought in the arrow world, i don't know how but he would be an awesome addition to the arrow villains.

5) Anarky: Anarky is probably the best known villain on this list and is probably one we are less likely to see on the show. He's a very well known villain in the batverse and many fans probably don't want to see him on the show as an enemy of the arrow but i really think he could be a great addition and bring something new to the show. He can be the joker in this world as someone who wants to bring chaos and anarky(clearly) to the world. I hope one day they bring this great character to the show

4) Doctor Death: He is best known for being the first traditional villain batman has faced but once again he can be used to great effect on the arrow show. He's a mad sciencist which can bring a different element in arrow. I really dont know how he can be brought into a modern context but im sure the writers of arrow can find a way.

3) Calendar Man: Calendar man was one of the worst enemies batman has faced until the longest halloween where he became one of the coolest villains batman faced. In the comics he's more of an hannibal lector type of character and I think he could be used to the same effect in arrow, maybe he's locked up in the same place as slade and arrow has to come to him for something or maybe he's a prisoner in the argus prison or iron heights. There's many ways this character can be introduced and I think he could a truly amazing character.

2) Black Mask: Known best in the batman video games and in the truly amazing antimated movie Batman: under the red hood. This character is seriously amazing and it could be very easy to be brought into arrow. He can be a crime boss in starling city and the arrow is making lose businness or something. However they bring this character into arrow I'm down for it

1) Killer Croc: Every one knows who this character is and again he can very simply be brought into the arrow world. he can be a hech man or 2nd hand man to black mask or another mobster or he can lead his own gang. again idk how he can be brought in but i want him to be and i think he would be great in this world.

Okay which villain do you want to be brought in the arrow world. I t doesn't just have to be a batman villain. comment Below and Let me Know Please

I think you hit the nail on the head with Zsasz, Anarky, and Shiva. I'd assume Blackmask would still be a high-interest character for WB/DC's movie division. They could still have both at the same time, but the idea seems unlikely to me. As for Killer Croc, I just don't see how they can pull it off with the show's low budget. But again, I wouldn't hold it against them. Apparently the Flash will eventually feature Gorilla Grodd, which I imagine must be more difficult. The other villains are expendable enough to show up anywhere imo.

@GliderMan

I think using The Riddler will be overstepping it

It seems like Ras Al Ghul would work with Arrow bc Canary was trained by him and Ras has a lot of trainees so it would be easier to use him. Instead of Riddler who is a staple batman villain

Everybody on this list should appear except Killer Croc and Black Mask.

Well Green Arrow isn't stealing as many villains as you think.

Deathstroke is a Teen Titans villain and has appeared in the Green Arrow comic more than any single Batman title. Clock King's first appearance was as a Green Arrow villain and has appeared in Green Arrow more than any single Batman title.

Deadshot and Ra's al Ghul are solid Batman villains. Bronze Tiger is a bit of a gray area, but he is more of a Batman villain than Green Arrow villain.

I don't understand why the tv show is trying to make Green Arrow like Batman. It would have been better if they did a show on Batman rather than Green Arrow.

I really hope the DC movie universe get's Green Arrow right.

Lock-Up started out like Harley, an original character debuting in the Animated Series. He was a guard at Arkham who got sick of how often the inmates would escape, and became a vigilante in his own mind; a deranged psychopath in reality. He kidnapped people he thought were corrupting the system and kept them prisoner aboard a decommissioned ship, eventually becoming hostages to his warped agenda.

Frank Miller woulda loved him. I actually read a bit with him in the comics, during No Man's Land. He keeps Blackgate locked down like a fortress, and tosses Nightwing down into a pit where he expects he'll get beaten to death or eaten by the crazies dwelling there.

He'd fit right into Arrow.

As far as Zsaaz goes, they already kind of took his signature carving and incorporated it with Deadshot and his victims. I thought that was strange at first, but whatever. Doubtful we'll see him in Arrow.

*Firefly was pretty random, definitely not one of the better ideas on the show.
*The League of Assassins was a natural progression actually, considering Merlyn had made his first appearance in the comics trying to kill Batman, being stopped by Green Arrow, his failure costing him his affiliation from the League. That portal just kind of stayed open for more points in the show.

Not a Batman villain (although he did kill Tim Drake's father), but Captain Boomerang might make an appearance, considering Arrow and Flash are going to be crossing over more than once. And Geoff Johns loves Boomerang, so there's that.

Even though she's more of an anti-heroine than a straight-up villain, I think we should also get Talia is we're getting Ra's

I'd add in David Cain, White Canary, Cheshire(which I'm hoping Thea is the arrowverse version of her)... Pretty much most of DC's assassins.
