@Sid I've always been looking forward to it. I think, even though it'll have elements of Batman's origin, this is really about Gotham's origin from Muggers and Killers to Super-Villain controlled hell hole. I think it'll be awesome if they say that the Wayne murders were the catalyst for Gotham's downfall, so it is all tied together to one moment in time.

There are the comics..THE BEST way to experience superhero worlds.
There are movies & tv shows & video games..Good stuff sometimes but consider them "Elseworlds" (DC)
or What If? (Marvel).
You recognize those formats as "alternate reality" it makes it more appealing to watch. End.

I will definitely check it out. I'm excited about these new comic book TV series from Marvel and DC.

I'm the kind of guy that enjoys the best of both comic book worlds.

Anybody else feel like this little kid playing Bruce Wayne seems like a pu**y?
I'm getting like a "lack of balls" vibe from this kid. And its not his age that is doing it.

Lack of balls? Unless Bruce is growing up in Compton CA I am pretty sure any kid would look and act like a puss when you parents get gunned down in front of you..............

where's Carmine Falcone? Sal Maroni? Rupert Thorne? there's a plethora of mob bosses in Batman comics they didnt need to make one up.

I love the Gotham skyline they've mad up tho, one of the few things Nolans batman films were lacking was a city with ambiance

I didn't say a pu**y when or because his parents died. I meant he just feels like an all around pu**y. The kid in Batman Begins parents died too but he still felt like he had baby balls. . . . . . . I said baby balls . . .heh heh heh balls. Nah but the kid just feels kinda sissy is all.

This looks like an interesting show... I'll hold judgement until I see it though.

I'm curious how many Batman fans will be mad if it doesn't meet their expectations.
