Fish was the worst part of last season, hopefully she doesn't stick around for too long.

Well, I've been watching this show, cause a cute redhead I know really enjoys it and talk about it. But, I might have to find something else now.

I had a few thoughts watching tonight's Gotham:

I'm glad we got Azrael, I really liked the costume, but that was such an odd way to end that storyline.

I'm pretty sure Selina's mom was the Julie Newmar-esque female we saw when Indian Hill was introduced and I can't believe they didn't hint at it again tonight.

I really hope that was Aaron Helzinger transformed into Amygdala or some proto-Killer Croc because I really want to see Cyrus Gold come back as Grundy this year if Alan Scott really is on Legends season 2.

Lastly, I'm completely expecting Fish Mooney to be a rogue Time Master in the Gothamverse who went back to take over Falcone's empire and recruit Penguin as her henchman knowing what happens to them and Hugo Strange somehow finds a memory disk or something she had and that's why Gotham is 10 years or so ahead of the Batman timeline. Totally J/K but it would a better explanation.

@SKOne - I think its fairly clear whats Gotham is, its Batman with Batman being played by James Gordon.

Any aspect of trying to view it as an origin story for Bruce Wayne are completely pointless, the show will likely end well before Bruce ever dons the cape and its definitely not the intention to ever make Bruce into Batman - all the villains are being established with rivalries and connections to Gordon instead.

@Scarilian - I totally get the point of this show, I watch it every week and love it. I am completely fine with Bruce never being Batman, I always liked his supporting characters more anyway. I wish we could get Jim Gordon as Batman like in recent comics because it's not like there would be a movie version to hold it back. I would even settle for flashbacks to Thomas Wayne as an Earth 2 type Batman because I doubt we'll see a Flashpoint movie anytime in the next 10 years. For me, thinking about it is a lot of fun and I like sharing my ridiculous ideas.

@SKOne - The producers confirmed that the last episode would see Bruce donning the cowl for the first time.

@SKOne - Even though this is Gordon's story, I still want to see Bruce training towards Batman. The show could end with a flash forward with Jim as Commish and Bats (in shadow so as not to step on big brother WB's shoes) having a talk by the Bat Signal. That would be a truly satisfying way to wrap it up eventually (and might even convince me to invest in the Blu-Ray).

This season has been great and a big reason was because she wasn't on it anymore. So why'd they bring her back? What does the Smith family have on people?
