Scarface and The Ventriloquist (Andrew Sellon) are coming to Gotham to cause some major trouble for the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and the Riddler (Cory Michael Smith), who will seemingly be seeing eye to eye once again... for at least an hour.
Meanwhile, Harvey Bullock's (Donal Logue) past comes back to haunt him when he and Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) begin to investigate a pair of murders at Sirens, which can mean nothing good. Elsewhere, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) begin to explore the tunnels hidden beneath the city.
