The CW has released new photos from next week's episodes of Superman & LoisThe Flash, and Gotham Knights

Superman & Lois remains the most intriguing of the bunch, with its stills promising an explosive hour that will see the Man of Steel (Tyler Hoechlin) and Steel (Wolé Parks) team up against what we can only presume is a threat from Bruno Mannheim (Chad L. Coleman). Plus, we get a look at Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) continuing their investigation and a suited-up Nat (Taylor Buck) gearing up for battle.

Meanwhile, on The Flash, it looks like we can expect a light week for our titular Scarlet Speedster (Grant Gustin), as his lady love Iris (Candice Patton) takes centerstage when she gets an unexpected visit from Dreamer (Nicole Maines). However, things quickly take a turn for the worst when the pair get stuck in a fever dream.

Then, on Gotham Knights, the mutant gang retaliates against Carrie (Navia Robinson), forcing Turner (Oscar Morgan), Duela (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Harper (Fallon Smythe) to come out of hiding to save their city.

By the way, about DC Comics :

"“He’s the most boring character”: Christian Bale Claimed He Saved Batman With $373M Movie After Accusing Michael Keaton of Making the Character Extremely Boring"

He must have read those recent popularity polls saying Keaton is the best Batman. lol

@Amuro -

Christian Bale doesn't seem like the nicest person anyway (I remember some incidents in the press at the time of The Dark Knight Trilogy and Terminator Salvation) so it doesn't really surprise me.

@Amuro - So misleading compared to what he’s actually saying. All he said was that the previous incarnations were basic, which he’s right about. The graphic novels did more with the character and that’s what he and Nolan tried to do aswell. That’s it.

-Superman & Lois really has to be careful with what they are doing with Lois' storyline this year, the slightiest mistake will make everything just fumble. Got no idea why Todd Helbing and Brent Fletcher were thinking in tackling a sensitive topic like this in one of the most escapist TV shows and characters of all, especially in a post-COVID world where many cancer patients died because they couldn't get the treatment they needed because the focus was on COVID.

Yet I'm not surprised Helbing chose to tackle this, thinking the show is "mature" enough to handle it after he severed ties with all their peers that helped kicked off all of this from the ground going all the way back to 2016.

At least Bitsie Tulloch's performance was very good, but not digging Lana and John Henry. It just makes everything they made Kyle work hard to get back in S1 feel for naught if this was always going to be their intention with the characters. I'd rather that Kyle was already divorced by then at least.

-The Flash preview for "Wildest Dreams" actually was pretty good, looks like the right step in terms of tone as the new and final story arc begins to unravel. The different possibilites that thee fever dream will make Iris and Nia experience could be key to the theme of the next episodes, if not what ties up the whole S9 together. Hadn't seen Barry this worried since his S3 days.

And I gotta catch up with Gotham Knights this weekend!

@NinnesMBC -

Yes, they should be very careful about where they're going with Lois.

That being said, I think their ultimate goal has something to do with Injustice. The series has made multiple references (some more subtles than others) to Injustice Superman and his context since the very first episode.
