First (Brief) GAME OF THRONES Season 5 Teaser: "The Sight"

Promotion for the fifth season of HBO's Game Of Thrones has kicked off with this first Arya Stark-focused teaser vid. Some of the footage is from previous seasons, but there are a few new shots that give us an idea of what's to come. Take a look..

So what can we take away from this briefest of teasers? Well, we see Arya waking from dreams/visions of her killing Rorge, and handing over the Faceless Man's coin to book passage at the end of season 4. Then we see her father’s now melted down great sword Ice, which is followed by a shot of some doors. Book readers will know that this is almost certainly the entrance to the House Of Black And White (if you want to know more about that you'll have to Google it!) and it appears young Arya is going to be seeing visions of her journey to this mysterious place before she sets out on it. In addition to the vid, a new viral site has launched called ThreeEyedRaven.com, which allows you to sign up for "visions of the future". It seems more teasers will be coming shortly, so keep your third eye on CBM for updates.

The nine months in between each season Game Of Thrones is so agonisingly long.

That was extremely brief. I hate waiting this long for each season

@Ragnar: and shows like Vikings can only go up from where they are quality-wise....you probably just don't like the way the plot in GOT develops because it's not cliché-riddled and easily digestible like Vikings. If you hate character development I suggest you stay away from GOT because that's where the show's priority is, not in giving you fancy battles and big explosions all the time.

@Ragnar What? She's one of the best characters in the series, you're the first person I've heard saying that she's boring.

Can't wait. Arya may look like a foot, but she's a great character to watch.
