GAME OF THRONES: Come Relive The Final Five Minutes From Tonight's Icy Hot Seventh Season Finale

If that ending wasn't the greatest five minutes in the history of television, then I don't know what is. HBO has now released the scene online and you can rewatch it here. Plus, a new BTS featurette!

"Robert's Rebellion was built on a lie."

In what was arguably the strongest episode of the season and quite possibly, one of the show's finest episodes ever, we finally learned the real truth behind Jon Snow's birth - er, excuse me - Aegon Targaryen's birth. Yes, Bran the Three-Eyed Raven, with a timely assist from Samwell Tarly, was finally able to put the pieces of the puzzle together and learned that Rhaegar Targaryen didn't kidnap and rape Lyanna Stark, he actually eloped with her because they were in love, which means that Jon Snow, the man who has known nothing for seven seasons, is absolutely not a bastard and is actually the true heir to the Iron Throne.

Now, while that's great news, Jon was a little preoccupied when his brother-cousin & best friend were figuring all of this out as he was in the midst of becoming better acquainted with the Dragon Queen, a.k.a. his Aunt Daenerys, who is now his main competition for the Iron Throne. Luckily, for the two of them, Jon has repeatedly stated that he has no interest in ruling the Seven Kingdoms, but it's hard not to imagine that this won't cause at least some conflict between the pair moving forward.

Meanwhile, back at The Wall, the Night King & his army, with an ice dragon in tow, arrived and assured everyone that winter is indeed here. Rewatch that entire epic sequence below:

Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne continues.

It stretches from the south, where heat breeds plots, lusts and intrigues, to the vast and savage eastern lands, where a young queen raises an army. All the while, in the frozen north, an 800-foot wall of ice precariously protects the war-ravaged kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all play the 'Game of Thrones.'

An original series based on George R.R. Martin's best-selling 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series.

@Battabing - No way, no day.

She just split with her brother/man to protect that kid and now she's gonna swap him to the Night King for a get out of jail card that probably wouldn't even Ben honored? No dice.
