So from what I gather, the small Wilding army that made over the Wall (300 or so) plan to kill all of the Night's Watch to open the gate in the Wall itself allowing the other 100,000 to come in.

I forget the plans they arranged last season at Mance's camp, so sorry if that was pointing out the obvious though the Jon/Wilding segments from last season are a bit vague.
