Season six of Game of Thrones set the stage for the worlds of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen to finally collide and that's teased in this first teaser poster for the show's highly anticipated seventh year.

Dany and her dragons are on their way to Westeros as the Night King's army descends from beyond the wall, so an epic battle is going to ensue as Game of Thrones enters the home stretch. With just two seasons left (both of which will be shorter than previous years), we don't have much longer to wait!

A premiere date has still not been revealed, so stay tuned to CBM for more Game of Thrones updates.

Never watched this show.

@Mark45 -

Its not really worth watching. Its primarily padding wrapped around varying layers of motivation for them to kill each other. At one point they realised a character was popular so they killed that character and then brought the character back when people were mentioning how they would stop watching.

@Scarilian - To each his own, it's a great show that is epic, has great characters, intrigue, set pieces, action, music, and story.

@Django79 -

It has great concepts for characters, but cannot manage them in the slightest - several disappear for entire seasons and others have inconsistent development or spend entire seasons just walking from one place to another only to then go back.

The action varies, its mostly sword fights and so far we've only had two (I think) battles that are even remotely memorable.

The set pieces vary, the music is mostly forgettable other than the main theme and variants. The story itself seems unsure of itself at moments - sometimes i get the feeling they want to do something but are confined by the books or simply budget.

@Scarilian - what are you even talking about?

Game Of Thrones and whether its worth watching or not - specifically for anyone who has not seen the show. Thought that was clear.

@Scarilian - sounds like youve read the plot synopses of a handful of episodes.

@Mark45 - it's the greatest TV show ever made.

Seriously though, quit being a troll and claiming people who dislike aspects automatically means they have'nt watched the show. That's just asinine.

I've watched the show for the past few years, i'm interested in seeing how they end it, but several of the seasons are just trash beyond compare in terms of pacing. Often it will be a single good episode surrounded by a bunch of filler.

I'm even fairly sure how they plan on ending it based on how heavy handidly they established it with Bran in the last season. At this stage it's pretty much telegraphed how the next two seasons will play out and i'm hearing good things that they will hopefully fix the pacing with a reduced episode count - but that wont magically fix the akward development of characters.

You can have a different opinion on the show, but dont be 'that guy' and just claim everyone who has a different viewpoint to you must not have seen it.

@CaptainAmerica
So your solution to get someone to stop commenting, is to join the comments and reply to them

@Ryguy88 -
First you question what is being discussed
Next you claim i have'nt seen the show

You've not presented your viewpoints so your actions can only be considered trolling.

@LoganMjolnir

I never mentioned having an issue with the sword battles, i just mentioned tht was primarily the action. I also limited my responses to specific subjects because those were the subjects brought up by Django79 in his response.

I'm not commenting as a critic, just as someone who watches the show on a regular basis (well, as regularly as the seasons are released)

As mentioned previously, if anyone here has different opinions on the show actually talk about them rather than just insult me for mine. I'm sure giving an alternative viewpoint would help people to decide whether the show is worth watching and an intellectual debate is better than people just being rude.
