Winter is well and truly here! The penultimate season of HBO's Game of Thrones will finally be with us next month, and we have a brand new trailer that'll ensure hype levels are through the roof.

The teaser features voice-overs from Littlefinger (hiss!), Sansa Stark and Jon Snow, as well as some action-packed new footage of various principal characters charging into battle. Yes, that is Beric Dondarrion wielding a flaming sword.

@ALostCause - if you are familiar with the Wheel of Time series, the rights were just sold and a TV series is in production. I am cautiously hyped. One of my favorite series ever

@LedDent - I just looked up the wiki page, sounds like my kind of story! I love high fantasy, light vs dark, imprisoned deities, all that jazz. I shall keep an eye open for it.

@Kman - spawn is getting a movie though. At least one McFarlane can get a studio buy-in. Before Watchmen has some pretty good material plus they can come up with some great original stories too. Spawn would have been cool too though. Watchmen is pretty much confirmed.

@Supafairy - Yea, I mean the movie is cool... And I like McFarlands idea about it... I think. But I always wanted an HBO series for that.

But I pay for HBO so its not like I'm NOT going to watch it lol
