'will not disappoint.' Who or what this could be remains to be seen when the show airs in the fall on The CW. Could it be a Slade Wilson type character who operates behind the scenes?
Taking of
Arrow, TVLines Matt Webb spoke recently to Oliver Queen himself, Stephen Amell, about how Amanda Waller's presumed flashback sences will affect Oliver in season 3:
