First Images From DAREDEVIL Season Two Reveal 'Elektra,' 'The Punisher' And Man Without Fear

The quality is not all that great, but the first images have from the second season of Marvel's Daredevil Netflix series have emerged online with a good first look at Elodie Yung's Elektra Natchios, and Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle with Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock costumed.

It appears Doctor Strange is not the only Marvel Cinematic Universe sneak peek featured in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly as the magazine has also offered a first look at the upcoming second season of the Daredevil Netflix series. Thanks to Batarang Blues from Twitter, we have two low-resolution images that reveal not only a better look at Elektra (Elodie Yung), but also what appears to be the recreation of a great comic scene from Garth Ennis’ “Welcome Back, Frank” with the Man Without Fear (Charlie Cox) and Frank Castle, aka the Punisher (Jon Bernthal). Ugh, people complain about Daredevils costume looking not right to them, skip Frank just wearing civies. I really hope they don't do another Punisher '89.

Most people seem to have a problem with the suit, but honestly, I loved it. I seem to have incredibly unpopular opinions on this site lol

Soooo.... Did Bernthal forget that he's no longer playing Shane from TWD? Cuz he looks exactly like him.

Thomas Jane did a better job looking like the Punisher in the first film.

The suit looks slightly better tailored. I'm pretty sure it was practically falling off in pieces between takes in the first season. Hopefully it will look and feel realistic and practical this time around. Still love the mask, though.

@HarrowRed they nailed the more gritty tone of some runs, imo, and he's a great Daredevil. So, I forgive the suit but it would be cool to see a rendition of his newest outfit.

I think that would translate a little better.

The quality of the show is so good it's hard to be mad about a suit. It looks okay. Well get to really see it in action this season.

Yeah, that mask + Charlie Cox's face are pretty perfect together. He looks like a goddamn superhero. Some people have a great "superhero chin". Some people don't. And sometimes you don't know until they're actually in the mask.

Oh my god. The red suit had been growing on me the more I watch the show, especially in certain angles but in this picture right here, it lookes amazing. There's that classic Daredevil locked expression and those horns after fantastic. Really digging it.

I'm guessing this version of Punisher is the Year One version-where he hasn't don the skull vest/shirt yet....I hope the Costas are the culprits in the MCU.
